The founder and CEO of Smeco, has more than 25 years of experience in research & technology developments in the maritime- and marine industry. Per has held several senior positions in ODIM, Rolls-Royce Marine, Kongsberg Maritime, and now lately as EU-advisor from 2020-2022 for the two industry clusters GCE Blue Maritime and NCE Blue Legasea.

The main focus has been on technology development projects, including both private and public financing. Expertise on design, engineering and management of innovation projects, such as Horizon 2020, Eurostars, EIC, EEA Norway Grants and the national funding programmes from the Research Council and Innovation Norway represents today the core competence of Smeco.
